All orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. .
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@bamkiki.com.au so we can assist you further. There’s will be a 5% cancellation fee incurred.

1. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING OPTION CAREFULLY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TRACKING INFORMATION PLEASE CHOOSE THE TRACKED OPTION.
2. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTLY AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS DELIVERY WITH INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FILLED IN. IN THE CASE IF THIS HAPPEN, THERE WILL BE $10.00 FEE INCURRED TO PROCESS THE ORDER AGAIN.
