Refund policy

At Bamkiki we take great pride in our reputation for quality, so we are happy to exchange or refund full priced goods which are received back to us in our store strictly within 10 days of delivery providing that you:

    •    Received a damaged and/or faulty item

    •    Received an incorrect item

Any returns that arrive back to us over the 10 days period will not be accepted. The returned goods must be in unused condition and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Please notify Bamkiki at info@bamkiki.com.au of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please note your receipt and/or tax invoice is required upon return/exchange.

There is a non-refundable restocking fee of 5% of the total amount paid. Once we receive the returned goods, please allow up to 7 working days for the balance to be refunded.

Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.
